If your order arrives damaged, leaking or with an incorrect item, email us with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos, if available, can help us understand what happened. We will review the issue and explain the next steps.

Lost packages

If a package has not arrived, contact us with your order details. We will review the available dispatch and delivery information and explain the next steps.

Made-to-order and personalized products

Any product-specific ordering conditions will be provided before purchase. Made-to-order or personalized status does not remove applicable consumer rights or our obligations regarding shipment deadlines, delay notices, cancellation and refunds.
