Delivery area and shipping charges
Maison Fragrance by Ciara Lessa offers delivery to supported destinations in the United States. Flat-rate shipping is US$12 per order. The shipping option and charge are displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping, local pickup and local delivery are not offered.
Production, dispatch and delivery estimates have not yet been confirmed. Please contact us with any questions before ordering.
Shipment deadlines and delays
For covered orders, we comply with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. We must have a reasonable basis to meet an advertised shipment deadline or, when none is stated, the Rule's generally applicable 30-day shipment deadline. Shipment means dispatch, not arrival.
If we cannot meet the applicable deadline, we will issue the required delay notice, explain the revised shipment date or uncertainty, and offer cancellation with a prompt refund for unshipped merchandise. We will obtain consent to delay where required and cancel and refund when consent is not obtained as required by the Rule. Made-to-order status does not remove these obligations.
